Today on GeekFest Rants we are looking at two very different films.  One is the documentary Lost Soul: The Doomed Journey of Richard Stanley’s Island of Dr. Moreau, the story of a film that did not get made.  However, this story is better than the actual film that was made.  The other is Mother!, the latest mind-bender from Darren Aronofsky.  Which means, as a film viewer, you will have some homework to do after watching the film.

Then we lighten things up with the original Kenner 12 inch doll of Indiana Jones from Raiders of the lost Ark.  Another Holy Grail item Carlos can now cross off his toy collecting list.

Rogue One is a stand alone Star Wars Movie that tells the story of the Rebel Spies who stole the plans for The Death Star from the hands of the Empire. The plans lead to the destruction of The Empire's Ultimate Weapon and eventually the fall of Vader and The Emperor.

The crew of Rogue One, Cassian Andor, Bodhi The Pilot, K2S0 and their leader Jyn Urso faced insurmountable odds in their quest to acquire the plans. How did they do it? By taking one chance and then another until either you suceed or you run out of chances..

Listen in as IseeRobots talks a bit about the movie and a bit about how you can apply these lessons to your day to day life. It's fun and somewhat inspiring episode. Make sure to tell a friend!

The Hey kids. This week we have something super fun! An all new/all exciting episode of The Audio Handbook Of The Marvel Universe! This time around we are going to take a look at The Immortal Iron Fist, Danny Rand.

I am a huge fan of Iron Fist but have to admit that his origin was something that I was not an expert in. I knew some of the rough details but making this episode helped me to fill in some of the gaps that I had. I feel like I know Danny Much better now..

There are ninjas, and Kung-Fu and Fists made of Iron and all sorts of other fun things contained within! It's a super fun episode and I hope that you have a good time checking it out while also leaving a bit more enlightened on the subject of The Lost City of Kun-Lun and Kung-Fu stuff in general.

Make sure to stop by SupportTheReport.com and check out how you can get the ISR Supertape VHS Tape! It's totally worth it! Just do it already!

Hey kids! This week we have a little something different. An All New Episode of.. This Boring Life, where every episode we will explore The Secret Origin Of IseeRobots. One Topic At A Time. The topic for this episode? My early days as a young sprat in the great state of Illinois.

On this episode we take a look at my elementary school, Harnew, stores we used to shop at, things I used to do and all sorts of stuff like that.

This was really fun for me to record once I started the memories really started to flow. I don't think about Illinois that much but once I did, MAN! The thoughts started coming. I didn't realize how much those early days turned me into the person I am today until I started looking back.

Today on GeekFest Rants Carlos takes one final(maybe, definitely, no way)look at Star Wars The Last Jedi.  This time around he focuses on the novel by Jason Fry, promoted as the Expanded Edition - whatever that means.  And the home video release including Blu-ray, and 4K.....sorry no 3-D for the U.S. market.

To quote Mark Hamill "He is NOT my Luke Skywalker".

Hey kids! Thanks for stopping by. We have a super fun show ahead of us this week. We start off with a talk about the origins of the show, how we got started and how it became what it is today. I was feeling like really nostalgic with this being ep. 150 and all

From there we have a review of Pacific Rim with John Boyega. It was alright. There was a lot more robot on robot violence than the 1st Pacific Rim.

For The Main Event of the show we talk about Toys R Us... it's a long segment where I share memories and what I remember about the layout of the store back in the day.

We finish off with some talk about Star Wars toys and a bunch of other things like that. It's a fun time and you for sure don't want to miss it!
