Hey kids. While I'm away Walking The Earth trying to discover myself again in a Post Got That Shot World we have another super fun CERP.... This time around we're gonna take a listen to the first time that Hollywood Celeb Johnny 5 ever called into the show. Him and A.B Silver both appear. It's really a historic episode! Hey kids! Thanks for stopping by. We have a super fun show ahead of us this week. We start off with a talk A.B Silver about his movie project and then move onto a celebrity guest who I never thought that we'd be able to get on the show! It was amazing.

 

From there we have a review of two mediocre action movies that I saw last week.. Den Of Thieves and the latest Liam Neeson joint, The Commuter. They were both all right. I don't know, tune in for all the details.

 

For The Main Event of the show we take a look at the latest dude to enter the CW DC Comics Universe.. Black Lightning. We talk his origins, his powers, the show and his appearance on SNL at Superman's Funeral. It's a ton of fun!

With Gino Vega's latest episode there has been a lot of cereal talk going on over at The Tweets and I keep referencing my Top 5 Cereals Episode so instead of just talking about it again I'm like.. Why not just repost it?  

This is an oldie but goodie folks. I honestly would love it if some of you ISR New Jacks dug into the vault a bit more TBH.. There is some gold in there!

From there we move on the main event of the deal... The Top 5 Pizza Toppings Of All The Time. Man, this is going to be a divisive list. Dudes are gonna flip their lids. I mean that.

 

Finally we finish off with some talk about Riverdale and about a trip I took over to The Bowling Alley.

 

I made a new bowling song and everything. It's a super fun show. I think your'e gonna dig it..

From there we talk about a movie I saw Mama Mia Here We Go Again. Ya.. It's a musical and I liked it a lot.

 

Then it's on to the main event of the show where we talk about this giant comic book project I have been undertaking. It's massive! I had a real fun time with this bit just talking about comic books.... 

 

On the final segment of the show we talk a few different things and take some voice mails. It's a ton of fun. Oh ya, I open up a Star Trek Action figure.. That was fun.

Hey kids. This week we're gonna take a look at a classic from the past.. Episode number 26 where we took a look at all the Chewbacca figures produced by Kenner... I felt like it was a fitting tribute to the recently passe Peter Mayhew. I recorded a new intro complete with a TROY to Mr. Mayhew.. He shall be missed.

Hey kids! Thanks for stopping by, this week we have a great show ahead of us. It's special for a few reasons. For the first time EVER! we tackle a topic involving Star Wars AND this is our longest episode to date! Awesome right?

Outside of Chewbacca we talk about the sad closure of a local video store, A GREAT movie that I saw and when it finally gets down to The Real Toy Talk we go on so long about Chewbacca that I had to add an extra 10 minutes to the show to fit it it all in. 

 

We talk about Wookies and their homeworld and what sort of physical gifts a Wookie is born with. It's fascinating stuff! We talk about Chewie and the movies and why he has always been a special character to me. 

 

There is a bunch of great stuff this week including a bunch of new musical breaks. Real great stuff. Honestly this might be my favorite show to date.. 

 

 I want to give a big shout out to KRS One and thank him helping us with the structure of the show. Without him I never would have come up with at least half of it! 

 

It's a great show like always make sure to tell a friend!

 Happy Halloween kids! This week we have a SUPER AWESOME episode of the show ahead of us. Let's start with the small stuff first. We lead off with a new song from ship DJ Iceberg Thirteen and then move onto a little talk about AMC's hit show, Fear The Walking Dead and then it's At The Movies where we talk about a GREAT movie I saw called Sicario. It was dope.

Then it's on to the Main Event which is sure to be a classic bit of Toys R Us Report History.  We went Ghost Hunting At The Haunted Toys R Us in Sunnyvale California. Watch this bit from Real People to learn more..

It's all in the episode though. So you can hear it there but it's also fun to watch. Basically it's all haunted up and me an my boy Iceberg Thirteen went down there to see what's what. I'm not a big believer in this sort of thing but we've came up with a recorded that might change my mind! You have to hear it. It's pretty creepy.

Classic Episode Repost: Ep.27: Video Store Days

Hey guys this week we are taking a little different tact on the old Toys R Us Report. We are gonna spend a little time talking about Video Stores. The recent closure of Bae's Rincon Video got me to thinking about my history in the video business as well as some general musings on VHS Tapes. I had a ton of fun making this episode and I think that you are really gonna dig it.

We talk about the store that I worked at. There are some cool stories of my days there as well as some talk of the adult video market and THE VAULT! Don't worry, it's pretty safe as far as content goes. No cussin' or anything. Mostly business talk. Prices, rental rates, the high markups etc... 

While I was working there they filmed a scene from the movie Scream. Ya, the famous video store scene from Scream was filmed at Bradley Video while I was working there. Cool huh? I talk about that as well as the stand my town took against the terror of HORROR MOVIES!!!

There is also a VHS review in the mix. I watched a tape called Cage with Lou Ferrigno. It was terrible and I'll tell you all about it.

Toys R Us Report Classic Episode: Chuck Norris and The Karate Kommandos

 

Hey kids! Thanks for stopping by. This week we have a super fun show ahead of us. It's A Chuck Norris Spectacular. We take a look at THE MAN and the toy line he spawned, Chuck Norris And The Karate Kommandos.

 We take a look at the cartoon and the comic that came along with it as well as a little background data on the company that produced the figures, Kenner. It's some real interesting stuff. 

There is also a real neat VHS review, a Chuck Norris movie of course, Invasion USA! How great is that? Super great!

Classic Episode TRU Report 20: Mattel Toys Presents Secret Wars

Hey kids! We are still away from The Jupiter Station due to a repair type situation after the Pirate Attack. So not being able to make a new episode for you dudes I thought hey man! why not spotlight a classic from the past! So ya man, that's what we are doing this week, next week too but after that we are back in effect! So take a listen to this and dude, don't worry. It's a lot of fun. Here is the synopsis that I wrote that week... Oh ya, The Dog story at the beginning is awesome!

Hey kids! This week on the show we got a heck of a fun episode ahead of us! We lead off with a story about how my old lady lost her dog. It's an epic tale and one you don't want to miss. After that It's At The Movies where I speak about a movie I saw on VHS! It's called Outland and it stars Sean Connery. It's totally cool.  This is one of my fave flicks.
